The founder Mr. Heinze advices and represents clients particulary in the fields of international contract law, corporate law, licencing contracts and employment law based on more than 25 years experience as practicing lawyer. He represented numerous well-known companies before two of the highest German Courts resulting in groundbreaking judgements like the shareholder-dispute case German Federal Court of Justice (corporate senate) BGH II ZR 77/16). Further, Mr. Heinze represented, partly personally, partly with the help of cooperating partners, in various international arbitration proceedings and litigation cases in UK, France, Norway, the U.S. and Australia.
Mr. Heinze passed his two German state exams in Thuringia with excellent results, he has then been working for the Norwegian Law Firm Sander, Truyen & Co. Advokatsfirma, Oslo, Norge and joint later Pini Bingham & Partners, London, UK. After the spin-off of HEINZE RECHTSANWÄLTE from the major German Law Firm Rödl & Partner, Nuremberg, Mr. Heinze absolved a post-graduate study at the University of Sydney,including study visits in Cambridge, London and Tokyo, eventually resulting in a Master of Laws degree from the Univ. of Sydney.
Mr. Heinze publishes frequently in some of the leading German law journals such as the corporate law dedicated GmbH-Rundschau), the journal for International Law (Recht der Internationalen Wirtschaft) and Labour Law (Arbeitsrechtsberater).

RA Dr. Reip is the author of a dissertation at the Faculty of Laws, Friedrich-Schiller-University of Jena. He became a doctor juris in 2002, the dissertation thesis covers aspects of the self regulation on the internet. Accordingly, RA Dr. Reip advices with his law firm in the field of Information Technology - Laws as well as Intellectual Property issues, competition law, licensing and technology law. His second focus lays in the field of new energy projects, in particular wind energy, biogas-energy and solar cells and the accompanying legal issues like construction law, buy back price issues, feed-in rates, public law etc.
